| Description : | Gideon's Army were are very good Christian melodic rock band out of San Francisco, Usa. Their first two album were ok with "RNR" a kind of aor/west coast amalgam and "Warriors" a pompy/pop rock and occasional melodic rock affair. Their "piece de resistance" was their 3rd and final effort "Grace" a fantastic album that could slot in, with ease, beside bands like Idle Cure and Whiteheart. Standout cut for me was "Lonely Lover" a classic melodic aor tune if there ever was one! Unfortunately "Grace" is an extremely hard album to get a hold of, particularly on cd. |
